Reflection
What I learned
Being proactive on a cross-functional team helps both the product and my own growth.
Startup workloads can be uneven. When I finished my front-end tasks early, I helped with backend work even though it was outside my main role. This gave me a better understanding of system logic and APIs, helped the team move faster, and made me a more flexible contributor.
